Hello, I’m Dr. Cristina Mondelli, and I’m excited to join the wonderful team at Spruce Roots Family Dentistry! I grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska, as part of a military family and have always felt a deep connection to this community. After earning my degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, I continued my education at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland, where I graduated with my Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2024.

During my time at OHSU, I gained invaluable experience working in public health clinics in Roseburg and Enterprise, Oregon. I had the opportunity to focus on providing care to children and helping patients with dental anxiety feel more comfortable. I also volunteered at the Bridges Collaborative Care Clinic, where I provided free dental care to the homeless population of Multnomah County, further reinforcing my passion for preventive dental care and oral health for all.

As a member of the American Dental Association, I’m committed to helping my patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. I believe that a healthy smile is an essential part of overall well-being, and I strive to make each patient feel comfortable and confident throughout their care.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me exploring the Alaskan wilderness, capturing its beauty through photography, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I also enjoy coaching youth soccer and spending time on the field with young athletes.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey toward optimal dental health!

Warm regards,

Dr. Cristina Mondelli
